How to Participate:
1.Participants must click the [Join Now] button on the event page to register for the event to receive rewards
2.Connect your wallet and select your wallet address to complete the registration
During the event, for new users trading on the SOL Chain via Meme Go for the first time, if the first closed order (Buy & Sell) results in a loss, and the trading amount is not less than 100 USDT equivalent, the platform will fully subsidize the gas fees and slippage losses incurred (up to 5 USDT equivalent).
- Reward Rules: Limited to the first 400 eligible deduplicated devices (based on the time of the first closed order), on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Device Deduplication Rules (Device ID): If multiple wallets on the same device ID participate in the new user trade, Gate Web3 will assign only one eligible qualification to that device. The recognized qualification will be granted to the wallet address that completes the first closed order earliest under that device. All other candidate addresses created from or associated with the same device will not be counted.
During the event, users trading SOL Chain tokens on Meme Go will have their "Shield Tier" determined by their cumulative trading volume. If a user is in a net loss state at the event settlement, the platform will issue subsidies according to the corresponding tier's subsidy ratio and cap.
Reward Rules (Circuit Breaker)
1.Total subsidy budget: 20,000 USDT.
2.Distribution Logic: Rewards will be distributed to eligible, deduplicated devices in order of eligibility. If the remaining budget becomes insufficient to fully pay all eligible users, the system will prioritize users with higher Cumulative Trading Volume (based on their qualified trading data recorded by the system). Users with the same trading volume will be ranked by the time they reach the threshold.
3.Budget Exhaustion: Once the total subsidy budget is fully consumed by users with higher trading volumes, any subsequent users—even if they meet the Shield Tier requirements—will no longer receive the USDT reward.
Device Deduplication Rules (Device ID)
1.If multiple wallets on the same device ID participate in trading, Gate Web3 will assign only one eligible qualification to that device. The recognized qualification will be the qualified wallet address with the highest cumulative trading volume during the activity. All other candidate addresses created from the same device will not be counted.
Example: Device A has addresses a1, a2 both participating and incurring losses; If address a2 has the highest cumulative trading volume during the event and meets the Diamond Shield standard, Device A’s "Shield Subsidy" qualification will be granted based on address a2; the other addresses under the same device will not occupy any additional quota.

- Anti-abuse mechanism: To prevent abnormal arbitrage, the system will automatically detect cyclic trading (wash trading), abnormal fund transfers, and extremely short-term deposits/withdrawals. Gate Web3 reserves the right to mark such addresses as abnormal and exclude them from the subsidy.
- Net Loss Definition: Net Loss = (Total Buy Cost of SOL Chain tokens during the event + Trading Fees) - (Total Sell Value + Holding Value of SOL Chain tokens at event end). If the calculation result is ≤ 0, it is considered a profit or no loss, and no subsidy will be issued.
- All airdrop rewards will be distributed within 14 working days after the event ends.
- Gate reserves the right to disqualify any participant found engaging in fraudulent, manipulative, or deceptive behavior, including but not limited to wash trading, self-dealing, batch account registration, or other abnormal methods.
- Users participating in multiple events during the same period can only receive one airdrop (the highest one). The platform reserves the right of final interpretation of the terms of this event.
- In case of any discrepancy between the translated versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
